Refund Policy
It is important to note that all sales are final, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Lost or Stolen (Postal Service)
We kindly ask that you monitor your package when the tracking number becomes available. If your package does not show up within 24 hours of the DELIVERED notification please reach out to us immediately, via email or DM and we will work together to locate the package.
In the event the package is not found:
Please work directly with the carrier for help locating the package or file a lost package claim.
Once your lost package claim has been approved you can email/dm to receive a replacement or credit.
Package Returned To Original Sender

Possible reasons of return:
- Incorrect Address
- Multiple delivery attempts with no success
Please note:
If the tracking states that a delivery attempt was made to the address you provided at checkout, we do not re-send packages.

When Will My Order Arrive?
We strive to have same day shipping when orders are made before 4PM CST Monday - Friday.
Note: ALL ORDERS FOR DROP 1 WILL SHIP MONDAY, SEPT 30!!
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and for delivery. Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.
